Step 1: Communication Sessions

 You will receive personal one on one review of your online business plan. We will assess your project and provide you a detailed quote. We will listen to you. It has been our experience that the foundation of a successful relationship is listening to our Client's closely without assumption. This allows us to clearly understand your objectives. This allows us to start on a sound foundation to intelligently assess your business plan and offer useful tactical advice.

 During our communication sessions, we discuss with you the scope and time frame of the project, getting explicit instructions down to the smallest detail. Understanding the mission and functionalty of the web site are the key objectives for Step 1. We will determine the tactical systems, and walk you through all aspects of the web site. All the necessary resources and requirements for the entire project will be discussed and agreed upon.

Session Goals:

• Assess your project to provide you a detailed quote
• Determine development time frame.

Step 2: Blue Print Sessions

At this time, The Work Agreement, timeframe, and resources needed to develop your Web Site will be understood and approved by you. NetPros development team will start conceptual designs and templates that will later become the foundation of the web site. We will upload the Work of your Web Site on our beta server. You will be given access to review and provide feedback about your web site as it is being developed.


Session Goals:

• Define look and feel of the Web Site.
• Project Manager defines & thoroughly briefs programming specifications to the development team.

Step 3: Visualization Sessions

At NetPros it has been our experience that great design starts with a true spark of inspiration from our graphic design team. With your input & preferences in mind from Step 2, the NetPros design team will determine the look that will best represent your company. We will provide you with graphic design layout drafts online your review. Once you approve the design prototype we start the development process.


Session Goals:

• Graphic interface template design 
• Link Layout & Management
• Content - Proposed content for each specific page of your Web Site.
• Testing - Prototype Web Site
• Uploaded  Work to our server for your private review and feedback.

Step 4: Execution Session

 Once the prototype is 100% approved by you, we then begin the meticulous process of the actual web development. What were merely rough sketches in the previous step will be turned into fully-realized solutions through both our graphics and programming staff. All the technology we have at our disposal will be implemented into the creation of the final product. The programming, all the scripting, database development and testing of all systems will be performed.

Now all the creative tactical planning becomes reality!
 Every detail will be carefully scrutinized and tested by the NetPros Quality Assurance team to assure functionality, compatibility, and stability.

• Coding of the Web Site
• Applications integration
• Final design and layout formation
• Finished Web Site

Step 5: Launch Session 

Once we have completed Step 4, you are presented with your finished web site. We will review all the functionality and features of the Web Site with you. We will answer any questions you have about operating your new Web Site.
